Job DescriptionSite ManagerLocation: NewportSalary: £40,000Benefits: Company Van + Fuel CardContract: Permanent, Full TimeVibe Recruit are working on behalf of an established organisation within the energy efficiency sector to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential energy retrofit projects in the Newport area.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate day-to-day site activities across retrofit projects.Supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.Oversee External Wall Insulation (EWI), roofing and structural repair works.Ensure compliance with PAS 2030 and health & safety requirements.Carry out regular site inspections and manage site documentation.Liaise with Project Managers, clients, suppliers and tenants.Coordinate toolbox talks, risk assessments, method statements and site inductions.Monitor progress and resolve site issues to minimise delays.What We're Looking ForPrevious Site Management experience within energy retrofit projects.Strong knowledge of EWI and PAS 2030.SMSTS qualification - essential.First Aid at Work - essential.Full UK driving licence.Strong communication and organisational skills.Social housing/local authority experience would be advantageous.£40,000 + Company Van & Fuel CardApply today or contact Vibe Recruit for more information.Vibe Recruit is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
