Site Managers - Supermarket & Retail Fit-Out\n\nType: Permanent\nStart Dates: November & December 2025 and January 2026\nLocation: UK Wide\nSalary: Competitive (plus overtime and benefits)\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are looking for experienced Site Managers to join our team and deliver fast-track supermarket and retail fit-out projects across the UK. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a "can-do" attitude, this is your chance to work on exciting projects with a strong forward workload.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nPositive, flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team.\nWillingness to travel nationwide.\nPrepared to work nights and weekends when required.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\nFull UK driving licence.\nCSCS card appropriate to Site Manager level.\nCommercial awareness and strong communication skills.\nProficient IT skills.\nFully conversant with current Health & Safety regulations.\nPreferably with a joinery background.\n\nExperience\n\nProven experience managing fast-turnaround fit-out projects.\nExperience in live store environments, new builds, and grey shell projects.\nTrack record of managing projects between £500k and £5M.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary (covers Monday-Friday hours).\nPaid weekend overtime and night work uplift.\nCompany van and fuel card (private use available with tax paid).\nAccommodation provided when working away.\nCompany pension scheme.\n34 days annual leave (including bank holidays).\nOpportunities for development and promotion.\nWork with a financially secure business with a strong reputation.\n\nReady to take the next step?\n\nPlease send CV to (url removed)
