Job Description

Our Modular Space Team is winning work for fun at the moment, it has all gone a bit crackers at Build Space HQ.

On the back of a major framework win, one of our top Modular Build Main Contractor clients has asked us to supply them with Site Managers for project starts up and down the country.

• Are you a results driven Site Manager with good Modular Build project experience?
• Do you have a track record of delivering fast track projects on time, on budget and to the highest of quality standards?
• Is client liaison one of your strong points?

If so, Build Space has the perfect Site Manager position for you!

Site Manager roles & responsibilities:

• Subcontractor management
• Programme management
• Quality Control
• Maintaining highest H&S standards
• Daily / weekly reporting

Site Manager experience required:

• Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
• Good Modular Build experience
• Trade background
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
• Excellent communication skills - written & spoken
