This position offers day shifts with good working hours and involves managing a team of 10-12 experienced roofing operatives on site.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nSMSTS\nExperience in Site Managing on roofing jobsDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\n\nOversee daily roofing operations on a year-long project in Manchester, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.\nPlan and manage the programme of works, coordinating labour, materials, and equipment to meet key deadlines.\nSupervise a team of 10-12 roofing operatives, providing clear leadership, task allocation, and quality oversight.\nEnsure full compliance with health and safety procedures through daily briefings, toolbox talks, and regular inspections.\nCoordinate deliveries, access, and waste management to keep the site organised and productive.\nMonitor progress, identify potential issues early, and implement practical solutions to maintain momentum.\nLiaise with the main contractor and project team to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.\nInspect and sign off completed roofing works, maintaining accurate records and quality checks.\nWork flexible day shift hours, adapting to site needs and ensuring consistent progress across all work areas. \n\nIf Interested please contact me via email on: or (phone number removed)
