Key Responsibilities

* Manage the safe and efficient delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency works across occupied social housing properties

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

* Ensure works comply with standards and current Building Regulations

* Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, health & safety

* Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Liaison Officers and project teams to deliver a positive customer experience

* Attend client and internal progress meetings

* Ensure concerns and complaints are dealt with professionally and efficiently

Essential Criteria

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, refurbishment or property maintenance

* Experience delivering retrofit or energy efficiency projects (highly desirable)

* Good understanding of PAS2030, PAS2035 and Building Regulations

* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and CDM requirements

* Strong IT skills and experience maintaining project records

* SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS Card ()

* Full UK Driving Licence & live commutable to work across Exeter and surrounding areas
