Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor / Site Manager (Short-Term Contract)\n\nLocation: Covent Garden, WC2E 8BT\n\nDuration: 2 weeks\n\nStart Date: Monday 27th April End Date: Friday 8th May\n\nAdditional Cover: Bank Holiday Monday 4th May + occasional Saturday Working Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7:00am-5:00pm\n\n(including Bank Holiday)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a fast‑paced office fit-out project in Covent Garden supporting a major contractor in the CAT A/CAT B fit‑out space.\n\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a track record of office fit out delivery. \n\nYou will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard, coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities, and maintaining a professional presence on site throughout the project duration.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nStrong background in joinery\nExperience managing office fit-out projects\nAbility to oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure compliance with H&S standards\nConfident liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams\nReliable, proactive, and able to work independently\nEssential Qualifications\n\nSMSTS\nCSCS Black Card\nFirst Aid at Work\nAsbestos Awareness
