Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for their High-End Residential Builds (£1m) Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland Salary: £45,000 £55,000 DOE Company Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays) Employment Type: Permanent About our client They are a family-run construction company based in Lisburn, specialising in the design and delivery of exceptional, high-end residential properties valued at £1 million and above. With a proud reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of finish, they deliver homes that set the benchmark for luxury living. As their business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their close-knit, professional team. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of bespoke new build sites ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Youll manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work meets design specifications and quality standards Implement and maintain health & safety standards on-site Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to management Maintain a tidy, efficient, and professional site at all times About You Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects, ideally high-end or bespoke residential properties Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills Excellent knowledge of construction processes and quality standards Commitment to maintaining the companys reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction If youre an experienced Site Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional homes and would like to join a business that values quality and people above all else, wed love to hear from you.
