Site Manager: Specialist Construction (Panelised LGSF Systems)\n Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance\n Location: UK-wide (Travel required)\n Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist construction division of a large multinational. The division delivers high-quality projects using panelised LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) systems and operates with a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial culture.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys variety, travel, and ownership of projects across the UK.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage the delivery of specialist construction projects using panelised LGSF systems, from mobilisation through to final handover.\nEnsure projects are completed safely, on programme, and to agreed quality standards.\nTravel to projects across the UK, including overnight stays as required.\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.\nMonitor site costs and provide accurate reporting to the commercial and project teams.\nConduct site surveys, review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.\nEnsure smooth handover of projects with minimal snagging and high satisfaction from the employer.\nSupport project teams in problem-solving and proactive programme management. \n\nAbout You:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with exposure to panelised LGSF systems.\nStrong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site legislation.\nExperience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site programmes.\nExcellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.\nAbility to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.\nSMSTS qualification, CSCS card, and relevant site health & safety certifications .
