This includes those who have worked on asbestos over-cladding, re-sheeting, and refurbishment projects — not new-build, education, or NHS-type projects. The nature of our work, the systems we use, and the subcontractors involved are completely different.



It’s absolutely crucial that any candidates you forward have:



* Proven experience within industrial and commercial roofing/cladding refurbishment, not general construction



* Knowledge of asbestos over-cladding, roof refurbishments, and metal systems



* Employment history with relevant contractors within our specific industry
