Site Manager - Housing Refurb in Hereford

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support ongoing housing refurbishments.

You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities for refurbishment projects
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Maintain quality control across internal and external works
• Liaise with , clients, and the wider project team
• Produce progress reports and maintain site documentation

About You

• Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned works in housing
• Strong understanding of H&S and CDM requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead teams and drive productivity
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
