Our client, a regional House Builder are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their existing team. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start in Durham. The project will involve cover overseeing a 30-plot new build housing site starting 21/08 and is expected to last until 29/08



Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have relevant new build housing experience.



Candidate Requirements:



* SMSTS



* CSCS card



* 3-day First Aid
