Position: Site Manager With Heat Treat Experience
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM)
Compensation: Salary 80-90K DOE

Overview of Role:

The Maintenance Site Manager oversees daily maintenance operations at a designated facility, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all equipment and systems. This role requires at least 5 years of heat treat experience, along with proven leadership and technical expertise. Responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance professionals, developing and executing preventive maintenance strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, controlling budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years in maintenance management (including heat treat), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems

  • Experience with CMMS, budget management, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate will also bring experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, advanced maintenance strategies, and a commitment to fostering a proactive, safety-focused maintenance culture.
