Site Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment (Retail Warehouse Unit)\n\nLocation: Gloucester\nDuration: 8 Weeks\nStart Date: 20th April\nRate: (Apply online only)/shift\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment project within a live retail warehouse unit in Gloucester. This is a short-term contract with an immediate start, ideal for a Manager who thrives in delivering high-quality projects to tight deadlines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day site operations on a live retail project\nManage subcontractors, trades, and site logistics\nEnsure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification\nMaintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance\nCoordinate with the client, stakeholders, and project team\nMonitor progress and provide regular updates/reporting\nManage quality control and snagging processes\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out/refurbishment projects\nExperience working in live retail environments ()\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nAbility to drive programme and manage multiple trades\nSMSTS certification\nValid CSCS Card\nFirst Aid qualification\nStrong understanding of H&S regulations\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n8-week contract on a high-profile retail project\nCompetitive day rate (DOE)\nOpportunity to work with an established contractor\nImmediate start available\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are available from 20th April and have relevant experience, please apply with your up to date CV
