Freelance Site Manager - CAT A Fit Out \nLocation: Central London \nDuration: 18-22 weeks \nStart: On site in approximately 3 weeks \nRate: Competitive - Ltd Company or CIS \n\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a CAT A fit out project in Central London. This is a freelance position with a start date in around three weeks, running for 18-22 weeks. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManaging all on-site operations to ensure smooth delivery\nOverseeing Health & Safety compliance and site inductions\nEnsuring all teams are working to programme and contract requirements\nCoordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics\nMaintaining high standards of quality and safetyRequirements:\n\nProven experience managing commercial fit out projects\nPredominant background in commercial fit out, CAT A & B\nStrong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and site management\nAbility to work proactively and solve site issues efficiently\nAvailability to start in approximately 3 weeks\nInterviews to take place very shortly.
