DescriptionWe are recruiting for Site Managers to work on our Southwest Water Framework delivery both potable and wastewater infrastructure projects schemes across Devon and West Dorset.The Site Manager has accountability for the safe, and quality assured delivery of projects in accordance with the Clients specifications and reporting requirements. You are responsible for driving forward the implementation of HSEQ requirements in line with the Network Plus processes and systems and aligned to the requirement of the client.This role has the responsibility for ensuring that documentation, site records, forward planning and forecasting, progress photographs and progress on site are maintained.The Site Manager shall also provide the point of contact that any actions, observations and non-conformities are closed out promptly and satisfactorily.Assist the Project/Contract Manager in delivering your assigned project or projects including the management of staff and ensuring optimal performance in delivery of the works through to final completion.Reporting and management of physical progress and financial status on projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the safe day to day set up and delivery of your projectsManage site resources to meet the successful delivery of the project including subcontractors and visiting support.Liaise with Project Manager in relation to performance and reportingAdhere to Network Plus SHEQW requirements.Ensure all documentation is completed and kept up to date. (RAMS, Waste Management, CPP, COSHH, Programme, Street works notices, Comms etc.).Carry out site inductions and ensure toolbox talks are completed effectively.Day to day liaison with Contract Manager, Operations and Client Lead.Monthly reporting requirementsManage commercial success of project including EW, Instructions and change control.Plan and manage handover and commissioning of new assets to SWW OperationsArrange and chair weekly site meetingsAttend Monthly site meetingsInput and ensure the Contract P6 Programme is updated monthlyEnsure short term programmes are compiled on siteExperience and QualificationsDegree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction preferableKnowledge of relevant management techniques (resource management, monitoring and control, Cost Planning.)H&S Qualification IOSH/NEBOSH/SMSTS or similarNRSWA RegulationsTemporary Works Regulations TWC/SFinancial awarenessExcellent knowledge and understanding of Work Regulations, CDM 2015 H&S at Work Act 1974Knowledge of contract law and appropriate Conditions of Contract NEC 4Competence, knowledge and experience in deep excavations, civils, drainage, structures and water-based schemesGood verbal communication skillsGood team management and communication skillsGood Computer Skills Word, Excel, Microsoft Project etc.Clean Driving LicenceSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.Network Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
