Site Manager - High-Profile Refurbishment, Central London\n Permanent | Full Time\n \n We're working with a well-established main contractor that delivers complex refurbishment and new-build projects across London and the South East. Their portfolio includes education, commercial, and high-spec public sector schemes, built on long-term client relationships and a reputation for quality delivery.\n An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-profile, secure refurbishment project in Central London. The scheme involves extensive internal and external modernisation within a sensitive, occupied environment, requiring strong technical knowledge, careful planning, and excellent communication skills.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day site activities to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget\nCoordinate subcontractors, materials and logistics to maintain progress and standards\nEnforce health & safety compliance, deliver site inductions and maintain accurate records\nLiaise professionally with project stakeholders, consultants and the internal management team\nDrive programme performance and maintain a well-organised, professional site at all timesAbout You\n\nExperienced Site Manager (or Senior Foreman ready to step up) with proven experience in refurbishment or fit-out.\nStrong background delivering projects within live, secure, or complex environments\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills\nSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid qualifications essential\nA proactive and solutions-driven approach with a genuine focus on quality and client satisfaction\nCurrent DBS or the ability to obtain one.
