We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Residential Site Manager to oversee a residential development in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor on a long-term project delivering high-quality homes.\n\nThe successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors and site labour effectively.\n\n * Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.\n\n * Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular safety inspections.\n\n * Monitor build quality and ensure works meet NHBC standards.\n\n * Manage site documentation, RAMS and daily records.\n\n * Liaise with clients, subcontractors and senior management teams.\n\n * Drive programme performance and resolve site issues promptly.\n\n * Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping and site presentation.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager on housing developments.\n\n * Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK building regulations.\n\n * Experience delivering projects for or regional housebuilders is .\n\n * Valid SMSTS certificate.\n\n * Valid CSCS card.\n\n * First Aid at Work certificate.\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills.\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\n * Competitive day rate dependent on experience.\n\n * Long-term contract opportunity.\n\n * Weekly payments via CIS or Ltd Company.\n\n * Immediate start available.\n\n * Opportunity to work with an established and reputable contractor.\n\nIf you are an experienced Residential Site Manager looking for your next freelance opportunity in Coventry, apply today with your up-to-date CV
