Job Description

Site Manager - Midlands \n\nOverview:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an established team. This role involves managing multi-utilities works including drainage, clean water, telecoms, and gas diversions across several sections of the project.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage daily operations on-site, from small to large project sections.\n\nSupervise site staff, subcontractors, and coordinate daily task briefs.\n\nEnsure high standards of Health & Safety compliance at all times.\n\nAttend site and client meetings as required.\n\nOversee utilities diversion works (drainage, clean water, gas, telecoms).\n\nMaintain accurate site records and progress reports.\n\nSupport delivery to programme deadlines and quality standards.\n\nRequirements:\n\nSMSTS and CSCS (essential).\n\nStrong Health & Safety awareness and leadership.\n\nFull UK Driving Licence (essential).\n\nExperience in multi-utilities or infrastructure projects (advantageous).\n\nPower/Gas tickets beneficial but not essential (training/upskilling available).\n\nWillingness to work some weekends as required.\n\nDesirable Experience:\n\nPrevious involvement in HS2 or other large civil engineering projects.\n\nBackground in utilities diversion or heavy civils works.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value in our company.
