Site Manager\n\nA leading Midlands based construction company is seeking a Site Manager for a new project focused on fire door replacements across Commercial and Residential projects in the Midlands.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a long-term framework programme, delivering high-quality refurbishments and fire safety upgrades.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Manage all on-site activities and ensure timely project delivery\n\n * Oversee Health & Safety procedures and compliance\n\n * Maintain clear and accurate site documentation\n\n * Act as the primary site lead with support from a visiting Contracts Manager\n\n * Resolve issues promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Demonstrable experience in residential/commercial refurbishment\n\n * Strong knowledge of fire protection standards and practices\n\n * Valid certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid\n\n * Proven track record in a Site Manager role with a reputable contractor\n\n * Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills\n\nReady to take the lead?
