Site Manager (Cleanroom)

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager to take charge of complex cleanroom and specialist facility builds. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering projects in highly regulated environments, ensuring safety, quality, and precision every step of the way.

 

The company, which is an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) business, you'll not only shape project outcomes but also share directly in the success of the company.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead cleanroom and specialist facility builds, ensuring compliance with strict industry and client requirements.
  • Control budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive efficiency to keep projects on track.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth collaboration at every stage.
  • Carry out detailed risk assessments and implement smart mitigation strategies to keep sites safe and disruption-free.
  • Run site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to keep teams engaged, accountable, and aligned.
  • Oversee work permits and authorisations, ensuring all activities are fully risk-assessed and approved.
  • Conduct on-site safety audits, proactively tackling hazards and maintaining the highest H&S standards.
