Role:
The successful candidate will take charge of overseeing the external and civil works of the car park construction project. This entails ensuring that all aspects of the site operations are executed with precision, adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The Civils Site Manager will be instrumental in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with all project stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- A valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
- Proficiency in First Aid is required to ensure the wellbeing of all personnel on site.
- A robust background in groundworks is crucial, as it forms the foundation of the project.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring that project milestones are met without compromising on quality or safety.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage the complexities of the site effectively.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
