Freelance Site Manager – High-End Retail Fit Out (Brighton)\n\nPosition: Freelance Site Manager\nLocation: Brighton\nStart Date: Tuesday 26th August 2025 (Post-Bank Holiday)\nDuration: 10 Weeks\nRate: £250 - £260 per day\nHours: 10-hour days (some weekend work required)\n\nMy client, a well-established retail fit-out contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end retail fit-out project in Brighton, starting at the end of August. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused programme with premium retail brands, so experience in similar environments is essential.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nStrong background in managing retail fit-out projects\n\nExperience with brands like Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, or similar premium retailers\n\nConfident managing subcontractors, site logistics, and tight schedules\n\nSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified\n\nProven ability to deliver high-quality finishes within programme\n\nThis is a great opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a flagship store. Weekend availability will be required at key stages of the programme
