My client is urgently seeking a Bi-Lingual Site Manager (English & Romanian) to lead a 38-week steel frame new build retail project in Watford.

Steel frame construction



Major packages: Tiling & M&E



Fast-paced environment with strong long-term prospects for the right candidate



Requirements



Proven experience as a Number 1 Site Manager on similar builds



Strong track record managing trades and subcontractors



Able to write programmes and solve issues swiftly as they arise



Certifications needed: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid



Working Hours



Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 6:00pm
