Location: Basingstoke, HampshireA leading regional contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a brand-new leisure development in Basingstoke. - Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Maintaining strict health & safety compliance
- Coordinating with the Project Manager and design team
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering new-build projects for a main contractor
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), First Aid
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance
