Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of renovation and private extension projects valued between £500k - £1.5m. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience running projects from groundworks through to high-end finishing. You'll be responsible for delivering jobs from start to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage private extension and renovation projects start to finish
\n

Supervise site operations and trades across all stages of the build
\n
- \n
Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure high-end finishes
\n
- \n
Enforce health & safety standards (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid )
\n
- \n
Coordinate site activities to deliver projects on time and to budget
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- \n
Proven track record managing private jobs/renovations end-to-end
\n
- \n
Hands-on experience from groundworks through to decorating stage
\n
- \n
Must hold a full UK driving licence
\n
- \n
: SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS
\n
- \n
Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
\n
\n
\n
