Company: This business started around 5 years ago and operate with two key divisions. A development division who undertake private development work, and a Construction division, who operate as a principal contractor delivering prime private client refurbishments as well as building out the work for the development business as the main contractor. Their projects typically range between £500,000 - £2m, their turnover for their financial year will be circa £5m, with next years projection being circa £10m due to pipeline and secured work. They are a dynamic business who strive to complete all the projects to the highest possible standards both on their contractor and development side. They have plans for the company to grow and develop, but in a planned and organic manor. Finishing all of their projects to the highest possible standards set out by their clients is paramount. They have recently completed a £5m refurbishment of a townhouse in the heart of London which has been completed to a very high standard. Off the back of this project’s success, they have already had a number of enquiries regarding future work. Current projects: * £5m, Town house refurbishment – Bond Street * £700,000, Apartment refurbishment – Mayfair * £1.2m, Conversion of a hotel into bespoke high end apartments – Tottenham Court Road * £1m, Conversion of a former office into 3 high specification apartments – Maida Vale. Role: Site Manager Project: Refurbishment of 3 apartments, light structural modifications/ layout reconfiguration and high quality, bespoke internal finishes. Location: Maida Vale Contract value: £1m approx. Responsibilities: * Project Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. * Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce H&S regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure best practices are followed. * Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment. * Quality Control: Ensure all finishes meet the high-end specifications expected in luxury residential projects. * Programme Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure smooth progress and problem resolution. * Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure expectations are met. * Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources to maintain efficiency on-site. * Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
