Freelance Site Manager - High-End Residential Location: Chelsea, London Duration: 36 weeks Rate: £(Apply online only) per day The Project: A high-end residential refurbishment scheme in Chelsea, currently at strip-out complete stage. The works include installation of a new staircase, full M&E package, and high-quality finishes throughout. The Role: We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth delivery of the refurbishment scheme. You will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors, following instructions and maintaining high standards on site. Key Responsibilities: Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed on time and to specification. Monitoring health & safety compliance on site. Coordinating site logistics, materials, and deliveries. Maintaining quality control, with a focus on high-end finishes. Reporting progress to the Project Manager. Requirements: Proven experience in high-end residential refurbishment projects. Strong eye for detail and ability to manage high-quality finishes. Confident in managing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations. Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction
