Pay: £290 per day\nJob description:\nJob Title: Site Manager\nLocation: London and Surrounding Area's\nStart Date: October/November onwards.\nKey Requirement – CSCS Card:\nOnly candidates with proven experience working on retail construction project's will be considered.\nCertifications Required:\n * SMSTS\n * CSCS Card\n * Asbestos Awareness\n * Fire Marshall\n * First Aid\nAbout You:\n * You’ve successfully delivered refurb projects in a live retail store environment.\n * You’re used to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.\n * You’re reliable, assertive, and confident managing subcontractors.\nResponsibilities\n * Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, including Asbestos Awareness and CSCS requirements.\n * Manage and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.\n * Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation.\n * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.\n * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently
