We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work on the renewables team in the Cambridge area. This role will involve running sites within the social housing sector on a permanent contract.\n\nThe successful Site Manager will be need to:\n\nManage subcontractors, teams and deal with any issues when needed\nManage all Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed \nBe responsible for the overall management and day to day running of the site \nEnsure projects are being delivered to a high specification and on time \nIdeally, we're looking for a Site Manager that:\n\nHolds their SMSTS\nHas Site Management experience within social housing and renewables \nComfortable using technology \nUK Full Driving Licence\nIn return, the successful Site Manager will receive:\n\n£42,000 base salary \nCompany van and fuel car provided \nLaptop and mobile phone provided \n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and flexibility \nOvertime available \nPermanent employment \nIf you're interested in this Site Manager role, please apply online or call Alex on (phone number removed)
