You'll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes <20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise clear, timely communication throughout.
Position Details:
- Posting Type: Internal & External
- Work Location: Sterling/Ashburn, VA area
- Corporate HQ: Onalaska, WI
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | Days
- Salary: $89,000 - $115,000 Annually
- Bonus: Participation in Direct Profit Incentive
Purpose & Summary: As Site Manager, you will oversee and direct the central functions of a satellite location and manage daily business operations. You'll be on the production floor daily, leading by example, coaching your team, and ensuring KPIs are met. You'll collaborate closely with corporate operations, people operations, finance, and ITAD departments such as sales and customer experience, ensuring smooth processes and alignment with company goals. You'll also uphold our culture and Core Values while keeping operations efficient, safe, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead daily site operations, scheduling, and team development to drive productivity and quality
- Spend time on the production floor—sorting, asset tracking, data wiping, material coordination—while engaging with the team to improve performance
- Review and manage KPIs, P&L, budgets, and expenses to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Ensure safety standards are met in partnership with the EHS Manager
- Provide leadership in hiring, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
- Act as the point of contact for facilities management, logistics, property maintenance, tours, and audits
What You Bring in Your Briefcase
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of production management experience
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Class D driver's license
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Prior Plant Management and/or Profit & Loss responsibility
- Lean Six Sigma certification and basic budgeting skills
