Site Manager

The role & about the client:

 

On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a reputable civils construction company based in London.



Key Responsibilities:



Track record of delivering projects throughout the project lifecycle within a technically complex and dynamic environment whilst ensuring high levels of safety. 

Experience working to deadlines

Experience of managing a team 

Coordinate activities to run smoothly 

Keep daily site records including reports and inspections 

Ensuring equipment is used and maintained properly 

Raise and resolve site based delays or challenges 

Participate in safety briefings and inspections  The ideal candidate will have/be:



Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry

Strong technical understanding 

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the civils sector and water experience

The ability to develop, manage and maintain successful relationships, both internally and externally. 

Management Level NVQ or equivalent.
