Site Manager - L&Q Framework



* Project - Kitchen and Bathrooms (Occupied Properties)



* Salary up to £60k + package



* Locations: Poplar, Leyton, Canning Town and West Ham

Role



We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to work for one of the UK’s leading property services companies to deliver planned maintenance works on the L&Q framework across East London.



This is a great opportunity for a driven and organised professional to take ownership of multiple sites, delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing.



Responsibilities



* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth delivery of refurbishment works



* Supervise subcontractors and direct labour on multiple properties



* Liaise with tenants, client representatives, and internal teams



* Ensure works are completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with programme



* Monitor quality, progress, and costs across sites



* Maintain accurate site records and reports



Requirements



* Previous experience managing kitchen & bathroom refurb projects in the social housing sector



* Comfortable working in occupied properties



* SMSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness (essential)



* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills



* Full UK driving licence
