We at Options Resourcing are working with a specialist interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor to find an experienced Site Manager for the Cat-B fit-out in Cardiff lasting 22 weeks and scheduled for handover in early 2026\n\nIf you have demonstrable experience managing subcontractors on office fitout projects with tier 1 contractors and are IT literate, then you would be an ideal candidate.\n\nAs Site Manager you will be responsible for: \nManaging subcontractors on site.\nHealth & Safety.\nWeekly Progress reports and Look-forward plans.\nIssuing permits to subcontractors.\n\nQualifications:\nSMSTS\n1st Aid \nCSCS Card\n\nRate:\n£270 - £300 per day (CIS/Ltd Company)\n\nIf you're looking for your next career move or want to know more information, apply here or get in contact with Will at Options Resourcing on (phone number removed)
