The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a live school project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in liaising with the client, managing subcontractors, and coordinating day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all site activity on a live school project
*
Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are adhered to at all times
*
Lead, coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff
*
Maintain strong communication with the client, project team and stakeholders
*
Monitor progress against programme, budgets, and quality standards
*
Ensure minimal disruption to school operations during the works
About You:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction and refurbishment projects
*
Background in managing projects within live environments (ideally schools or public buildings)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
*
Ability to drive projects to successful completion
