Our client, a cash-rich and rapidly expanding general contractor, is seeking a driven professional to deliver MEP-focused projects across Oxfrodshire as part of their significant growth journey.\n\nWith a strong pipeline of projects and a thriving market, this is a career-defining opportunity offering genuine progression into more senior roles.\n\nKey Duties\n\nOversee the day-to-day delivery of MEP-focused decarbonization projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.\nCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project success.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.\nManage progress reporting, site documentation, and stakeholder communication.\nProactively identify and resolve any site or technical issues to maintain programme and client satisfaction. \n\nKey Requirements\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.\nRecent experience delivering MEP work packages (mechanical bias ).\nSolid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
