Are you a time served Site Manager with extensive major project experience?

Fancy working on one of the highest profile build projects in the UK?

Do you have full project lifecycle, groundworks through to fit out?

If so, Build Space has the perfect role for you!!!

Site Manager roles & responsibilities:

• Subcontractor management
• Driving programme
• Quality control
• H&S management
• Reporting

Site Manager experience required:

• Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
• Trade background - Joiner / Electrician
• Excellent communication skills
•  Security cleared - desirable
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
