Key Duties



Oversee the day-to-day delivery of MEP-focused decarbonization projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project success.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Manage progress reporting, site documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Proactively identify and resolve any site or technical issues to maintain programme and client satisfaction.



Key Requirements



Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.

Recent experience delivering MEP work packages (mechanical bias ).

Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
