Site Manager

Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on an Planned Maintenance/ Retrofit contract based in Basildon and surrounding areas

We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering retrofit/ planned maintenance projects and external works to include, windows, EWI, internal and external decorations

Can Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained

Will Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutionsIf you are someone who has similar experience then we would like to hear from you



Previous work on Social housing Retrofit contracts is a must



You will need:



SMSTS

First aid

CSCS card

NVQ 4 or above is ideal
