Site Manager

About the Role



We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on retail refurbishment project in Perth area. This is a hands on role, ideal for someone who’s confident managing fast paced sites, coordinating multiple trades, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.



You'll be working with a well established construction firm that delivers retail fit-out and refurbishment projects for major high street brands and supermarkets.



Key Responsibilities



* Oversee day to day site operations on retail refurbishment projects



* Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times



* Manage subcontractors, materials and on site logistics



* Maintain clear communication with the project manager and wider team



* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and manage site documentation



* Monitor progress against programme and flag any issues early



* Ensure work is completed to the required quality and client standards



* Attend client/site meetings as needed



What We're Looking For



* Proven experience managing retail refurbishment or fit-out projects



* Strong knowledge of site health & safety



* Comfortable managing fast-track programmes with tight deadlines



* Excellent communication and organisational skills



* Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications

* CSCS Card



* First Aid at Work
