Bubble Down Car Wash is hiring an experienced, high-performing Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and drive performance at one of our well-established locations.
This role is about more than just keeping the wash running—it’s a true buisness leadership role. From hiring and team development to sales, performance, and full P&L accountability, you’ll take ownership of every aspect of the site’s success from day one.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of 12–20 employees
- Create a staffing pipeline and maintain coverage for all key positions
- Conduct structured training, coaching, and monthly performance reviews
- Build a positive team culture that reduces turnover and increases engagement
Site Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee and perform daily site and equipment maintenance
- Ensure the wash operates at peak performance, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor site appearance, customer flow, and issue resolution in real time
- Manage inventory, vendor communication, and supply levels
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive membership sales and motivate the team to meet goals
- Own site-level P&L performance: manage labor costs and operating expenses
- Submit accurate daily/weekly reporting with performance commentary
- Identify and act on trends in customer experience, sales, and staff performance
Requirements:
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager, General Manager, or comparable leadership role
- Prior experience in car wash operations, retail, or service industry management
- Strong understanding of P&L, labor control, and site performance metrics
- Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership presence
- Willingness to work hands-on and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to walk the site and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tunnel wash systems, wash equipment, or high-volume service operations
- Experience developing structured training programs and coaching for performance
- Comfortable using business tools like Excel, POS systems, and cloud-based reporting tools
