Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager - High-Spec Housing | Yorkshire



We're currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-end housing development in Yorkshire.



This is an excellent opportunity to join a premium residential developer known for delivering low-volume, high-quality homes. The role will suit someone with a strong background in traditional build housing, a sharp eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to site management.



The Role:



Oversee day-to-day site operations from superstructure through to completion



Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme adherence



Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality standards



Coordinate H&S and site compliance in line with company procedures



Liaise with internal teams and NHBC to meet build and inspection milestones



✅ Requirements:



Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housing (ideally high-spec)



SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Black/Gold card (or equivalent)



Strong understanding of build programmes, quality control and client expectations



Immediate availability



Location: Yorkshire

Rate: Competitive day rate
