Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee fire risk assessment (FRA) works and joinery-related projects across the North East. This role offers the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality workmanship on time and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise site operations for FRA remedial works and joinery projects.



Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.



Ensure health and safety compliance, including RAMS and site inductions.



Liaise with clients, surveyors, and project teams to resolve any on-site issues.



Monitor progress against the programme and ensure quality standards are met.



Handle snagging, handovers, and associated documentation.



Requirements:



Previous experience as a Site Manager within FRA works or a strong joinery background.



SMSTS certification.



CSCS (Black or Gold Card ).



First Aid at Work certificate.



Strong organisational and leadership skills.



Excellent knowledge of FRA remedial processes and joinery practices.
