Site Manager

Overview:

Experienced freelance Site Manager required to oversee the refurbishment of a Job Centre in Plymouth. Works include painting, decorating, and installation of new flooring.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project runs on time and to budget



*



Coordinate trades and subcontractors (painting, decorating, flooring)



*



Ensure health & safety compliance on site



*



Liaise with client, suppliers, and project stakeholders



*



Maintain site records and report progress



Requirements:



*



Proven experience managing refurbishment projects



*



SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum), First Aid, CSCS



*



Strong organisational and communication skills



*



Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve on-site issues
