We're currently seeking a Permanent Site Manager to join one of our housing clients on an exciting and new long term development in Bridlington. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a large scale residential development at its earliest stages.



About the Project:



3 phase housing development



Site currently in early stages - show homes are just becoming watertight



A perfect opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to make the site their own and see it through from early build to completion



✅ Key Requirements:



SMSTS



CSCS 



First Aid at Work



Proven experience managing residential sites



Strong leadership and communication skills



Committed to maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality on site
