Fit Out Site Manager - North London\n Residential Developer | RC Frame Development | Up to £65k + Package\n\nOur client, a leading name in residential development, is seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join their team on a large RC frame residential project in North London.\n\nThis role will focus on managing the internal fit-out of residential units, overseeing the process from 1st and 2nd fix stages through to final finishes, snagging, and handover. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, programme compliance, and health & safety standards throughout the fit-out phase.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage all aspects of internal fit-out from 1st fix to completion\nLead and attend regular site and progress meetings with subcontractors\nReport on progress and site updates to senior management\nEnsure works are completed in line with the build programme\nMaintain strict health & safety and quality control standardsRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Fit Out Manager on large-scale residential developments\nBackground working directly for a main contractor or developer\nStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skillsPackage on Offer:\n\nBasic salary up to £65,000\nTravel allowance or car allowance\nPerformance bonus\nPrivate healthcare\nPension scheme\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected developer with a strong pipeline of projects in London and the South East
