Summary of Responsibilities
Our Site Manager will oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards, following established plans and safety protocols. This role involves managing subcontractors, maintaining job site organization, and coordinating closely with the VP of construction to track progress, changes, and client communications. Strong time management and clear documentation are essential to maintaining job flow, inspection readiness, and project compliance.
Essential Functions
- Oversee Daily On-Site Construction Activities
- Manage and Coordinate Subcontractors and Vendors
- Ensure Work Adheres to Plans, Codes, and Safety Protocols
- Maintain Organized, Inspection-Ready Job Site Conditions
- Communicate Project Updates and Issues to the VPC
- Document Progress, Changes, and Site Conditions Accurately within CoConstruct
- Monitor Project Timeline and Ensure Efficient Workflow
- Other duties as needed for the success of the project and satisfaction of the client
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- 5-10 years' experience in Residential Construction
- 3-5 years' experience in Leadership role
- Tech Savvy
- Higher education degree ()
