Job Title: Site Manager – Multiple Locations

Location: Weybridge, Melksham, Wokingham, Fareham

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent



About the Role:

A well-established main contractor with a strong project pipeline across the hospitality and residential sectors is looking to appoint multiple experienced Site Managers across multiple live projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme delivery, H&S compliance, and subcontractor coordination.



Key Responsibilities:



* Full site management from groundworks to handover



* Managing subcontractor teams and ensuring quality standards



* Reporting progress and maintaining build programmes



* Ensuring site safety and compliance procedures are followed



* Communicating effectively with Contracts Managers and Commercial team



What We're Looking For:



* Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager



* Residential, hospitality, sector background



* Strong leadership and communication skills



* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification essential



* Ability to travel to listed sites as required
