️ Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out\n\n UK-Wide ( Travel Required)\n\n £65,000 + Package\n\n Permanent | Full-Time\n\nWe’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in retail fit-out, ideally with Marks & Spencer or similar blue-chip clients.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, fast-track fit-out projects across the UK, including major refurbishments, foodhalls, and full-line store transformations — all while working with a leading contractor on prestigious retail frameworks.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\nLead day-to-day site operations on live retail fit-out projects\n\nManage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain progress and quality\n\nEnsure strict adherence to H&S regulations, site protocols, and brand standards\n\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets\n\nDeliver seamless results in operational (live trading) environments\n\n✅ Candidate Requirements\n\nTo be considered, you must hold the following:\n\n✅ Black CSCS Card (Management Level)\n\n✅ NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent\n\n✅ SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)\n\n✅ First Aid at Work (3-day)\n\n✅ Duty to Manage Asbestos (Asbestos Awareness + Management understanding)\n\n✅ Fire Marshall / Fire Warden Certification\n\n Willing to travel nationwide and stay away when required\n\n Previous experience on M&S or similar retail fit-out projects is highly desirable\n\n What’s on Offer\n\n£65,000 salary + competitive benefits package\n\nTravel and accommodation covered for projects\n\nOpportunities to work on flagship M&S sites with a top-tier contractor\n\nClear pathway for career progression and training\n\n Apply today to join a high-performing delivery team trusted by the UK’s most recognisable retail brands.\n\nKnow someone perfect for this role?
