Site Manager, Hampshire\n\nOur client is a Construction and Engineering contractor who due to project awards and headcount growth, require a Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.\n\nThe projects range in value from £100K to £5m across a wide customer base including commercial and MOD developments. Project types incliude major refurbishment, alterations and upgrades to existing buildings. All the projects are building construction and building fabric biased.\n\nThey are seeking a Site Manager who ideally has come from a trades background and managed site operations on building fabric and construction projects up to £1million.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, managing subcontractors, monitoring project progress and ensuring works are completed to to time and standard with the utmost focus on health and safety on site.\n\nIdeally you will have a building / construction trade qualification and possess SMSTS as a minimum requirement.
