Padstone Recruitment need Residential SITE MANAGERS\n\nPadstone recruitment need experienced residential site managers with SMSTS, First Aid and PASMA to start a job near Camden, St Johns Wood ASAP. You must have experience working with high-spec resi buildings, for a a two phase extension and M&E re-fit. The role will pay a day rate BETWEEN £(Apply online only), available on cis/ltd.

7:30am-5pm. MUST HAVE SMSTS, FIRST AID!!\n\nYou will be responsible for looking after the site teams sub-contractors, as well as liaising with the clients.\n\nJob description:\n\nLiaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public\nSupervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors\nBuying materials for each phase of the project\nMonitoring build costs and project progress\nConducting quality and safety inspections\nChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings\nMaintaining quality control checks\nMotivating the workforce\nDay to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise\nUsing specialist project management computer programmes\nWorking on-site in all weathers, at client's businesses or in a site office.If available for this upcoming role, please send cv to advert and call Padstone on (phone number removed)
